A beautiful thing in itself, the Truffle Petal Grinder contains dried petals of Black Truffle and salt. When ground, it produces coarse, chunky crumb and powder of freshly milled freeze-dried Black Truffles – turbo-charged with wonderful truffle flavour. Perfect to season any savoury dish with the magic of truffle. The freeze drying process hugely concentrates the heady truffle aroma and taste. This is activated as soon as it hits the steam of a hot dish – releasing that glorious truffle flavour, and intensified by the salt.

Ingredients: Sliced dehydrated summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 50%, salt 47%, flavoring, natural colouring. The truffle contained in this product corresponds to 28 g of fresh truffle.
