Perfect simplicity – Sliced Black Truffle in its most pure preserved form.

Made from finely sliced Black Summer Truffle, a dash of Olive Oil and Sea Salt. Nothing else! 110g total.

This can be used in so many ways, from marinating or seasoning meat to adding directly to pasta dishes. You could place slices between a halved Cow’s milk cheese for a Truffled Brie. You could also layer it on hot Pizza, or onto Mac & Cheese!
