A natural blend of Italian Butter and Black Winter Truffle (Tuber Melanosporum / aka Perigord) – the most aromatic and flavourful seasonal variety.

This long lasting product is so versatile, and can be stored in the fridge for weeks after opening. Cook with it, melt it through pasta, into mashed potato, or over meat; even just spread it on toast. It’s uses are endless. It brings a strong truffley flavour and aroma, as well as a smooth, silky buttery texture.
