ACACIA HONEY WITH TRUFFLE

The natural acacia honey is exquisitely smooth and balanced in taste and texture, paired with thick slices of black autumn truffle (Uncinatum) to achieve a deeper and richer taste.

We recommend it for seasoning hot and cold dressings. Use it to glaze roasted or grilled meat (think truffle honey glazed Ham!) or for cakes and sweets. It is also ideal for fine, tangy cheeses, and of course breakfast – toasts, croissants, brioches, or on pancakes.
