TRUFFLE DUST POWDER

Our Truffle Dust is a powder of finely crushed freeze-dried Black Autumn Truffles (Uncinatum) and a tiny pinch of Sea Salt; perfect to season any savoury dish with the magic of truffle. The freeze drying process hugely concentrates the heady truffle aroma and taste. This is activated as soon as it hits the steam of a hot dish – releasing that glorious truffle flavour.

When the Truffle Dust powder is re-hydrated by hot food or moisture, there is a flavour and aroma explosion! A tiny pinch will be transformative to your food, so this goes a long way.
