Minced Black Truffle in its most pure preserved form.

Made from very finely chopped Black Summer Truffle, a dash of Olive Oil and Sea Salt. Nothing else! 100g of truffle paste total.

Totally versatile; this can be used in so many ways, from marinating or seasoning meat to adding directly to pasta dishes, scrambled eggs, potatoes, or scallops. Or mix it with churned Butter or Mayo to create an unparalleled spread for a light Bruschetta. If you are feeling naughty; drizzle on hot Pizza, or dollop onto Mac & Cheese!
