How to use our tin opener?

To use the caviar tin opener to open caviar tins, follow these steps:

  1. Rinse the tin opener under cold water to ensure that it is clean and free of any contaminants.
  2. Place the caviar tin on a flat surface, with the lid facing up.
  3. Hold the tin opener in your dominant hand, with the curved end facing down towards the tin.
  4. Position the curved end of the tin opener on top of the lid of the caviar tin, with the sharp edge facing towards the center of the tin.
  5. Apply gentle pressure to the handle of the tin opener, and use a circular motion to gently pierce the lid of the tin.
  6. Continue to apply gentle pressure and move the tin opener in a circular motion until the entire circumference of the lid has been pierced and the seal hasbeen broken.
  7. Carefully lift the lid off of the tin, taking care not to spill any of the caviar.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Parcels are shipped next day using DHL PARCEL or APC. ​Orders placed between 11 am Monday and 11 am  Thursday will be shipped the same day (next working day in the case of public and bank holidays) and delivered the following day.Orders placed between 11 am on Thursday and 11 am on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday (Wednesday in case of public and bank holidays) unless the Saturday delivery option is selected.

SATURDAY DELIVERY

Please ensure all delivery information is provided accurately prior to the Saturday to ensure your delivery is successful.In accordance with all UK courier terms and conditions there is no guarantee that your parcel will arrive the next day. Please take this into consideration when planning an event.

SAME DAY DELIVERY (CENTRAL LONDON)

Orders made by 11 am Mon-Fri (next business day in the case of Bank Holidays) are eligible for same day Central London delivery and are sent via private courier. For any other areas outside Central London, please do not hesitate to contact our operations department on +44174 888 33 64.

LEAD TIME PRODUCTS DELIVERY

Due to the fact that some of our fresh foods are imported, it may take a little longer for that specific item to arrive to you.  Our system is designed to make sure that we get your products to you in the best condition and in the shortest time possible without any delays. Orders that include a lead time product, may be dispatched next business day as per the schedule above, followed by a second dispatch as soon as the lead time product has been prepared. No shipping charges will apply for any secondary dispatches on the same order.

We carefully package your order in our specially designed insulated boxes and pouches, with ice gel packs ensuring your products will maintain the right temperature till you receive it.

CHILLED & FROZEN PRODUCTS

Our packaging can guarantee the quality of the product for approximately 24 hours starting on the day of dispatch. For frozen foods, your order may be slightly defrosted on the surface in some cases but the products are still in good/suitable condition. It is highly unlikely for frozen items to get completely defrosted or damaged.

FRESH TRUFFLE 

To optimise flavor and aroma, fresh truffles are embraced in tissue paper and vacum packed ensuring any moisture is kept at bay. They are delivered in insulated liners with re-usable ice packs.
